Keith Barger, a national practice leader and former ATF forensic technology leader for over 15 years, will discuss the challenges and best practices when working on matters involving e-Discovery. He will briefly cover the federal rules and the recent changes to the Florida civil rules of procedures as they relate to e-Discovery. Mr. Barger will discuss a recent case and walk through some of the dos & don’ts when dealing with electronically stored information.
