One-Stop Shop for Child Support

Speaker: Annette Perez, Director

Ms. Perez is Director of the Child Support Enforcement Division of the State Attorney's Office in Miami.  The office takes care of every aspect of Child Support -- from paternity testing to payments.  Under Ms. Perez's direction, Miami-Dade County has the highest collection rate in the state.  The Miami SAO also participates in a federal program to allow parents to obtain sharing orders free of charge.  Miami is only one of five offices nationwide to receive the federal grant.
