  • Full refunds will be issued for timely cancellations.
  • Payment must be received by midnight on the Sunday before event or your registration may be cancelled.
  • Reservations are transferable, but member/non-member pricing will apply to transferred registrations. 
  • Non-payment of registration fees will prevent registration/attendance at future events until paid in full.
