Dee Dee Fischer is a shareholder in the Litigation practice of Akerman Senterfitt LLP and represents public, private, and foreign companies in a wide range of commercial disputes. Her practice focuses on private equity litigation, restrictive covenants, construction litigation, insurance disputes, and e-discovery.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Dee Dee served, active duty, in the United States Army as an intelligence analyst and an Arabic linguist. She was awarded an ROTC scholarship to Georgetown University where she earned her Bachelors of Science of Foreign Service degree in International Economics from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. Afterward, Dee Dee served in the U.S. Army Reserves for eleven years, from 1988-1998.

  • Cancellations to paid registrations must be completed no later than midnight on the stated deadline, or you will incur the fee for attendance. 
  • Full refunds will be issued for timely cancellations.
  • Payment must be received by midnight on the stated deadline or your registration will be cancelled.
  • Reservations are transferable, but member/non-member pricing will apply to transferred registrations. 
  • Non-payment of registration fees will prevent registration/attendance at future events until paid in full.
